Virgina L. Everhart

Lindsey resident, Virginia L. Everhart, 72, passed away Friday morning December 15, 2017 at ProMedica Memorial Hospital.

She was born on April 9, 1945 to Harry and Betty Elizabeth Staten. On June 26, 1964, she married Larry Everhart in Fostoria. Together they shared 53 years of marriage until Larry’s death on June 23, 2017.

Virginia was a loving homemaker. She was all about family and taking care of her grandchildren. Virginia sought opportunities in her everyday life to share the love of Jesus. She was a member of the Fremont Baptist Temple.

Surviving are children, Catharina (Wayne) Powers of Woodbury, TN, Elizabeth (Timmy) Frye of Fremont, Sandra (John) Goble of McMinnville, TN and Paul Everhart of Lindsey; grandchildren, John, Alen & Matthew, Laura & Stephen, Callie & Carlie and Harley; and great-grandchildren, Nichole, Kristina, Isabella P., Cayden, Alivia, Mason, Annaleigh, Isabella F., and Xander.

Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Larry; parents; siblings, Julia Duvall, Grace Lackey, Mary Clagg, Frank Staten, Jessi Staten and Pauline Star; and several angel babies.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 18, 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont where Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, 11 a.m.  Rev. Gary Click will officiate.  Burial will follow at Lindsey Cemetery.
