Joyce “JoJo” Floriana, 77, of Catawba Island and formerly Port Clinton and Fremont, passed away on Sun., Jan. 14, 2018 at her home. She was born on May 7, 1940 in Mouthcard, Kentucky to the late Roy & Opal (Elswick) Belcher.
JoJo worked for several businesses in Fremont including Bellaire Cleaners, Fremont Home Laundry and the Holiday Inn. On Oct. 15, 1993, she married Frederick Floriana and they were married 24 years until his passing on Nov. 24, 2016.
Surviving are siblings, Charles (Anita) Belcher of Lexington, KY, Gary (Carol) Belcher, Sandy (Denny) McClure, both of Fremont and Royetta (Doug) Floriana of Catawba; step-sons, Michael, Mark, and David Floriana; and many nieces & nephews, great-nieces & nephews, and siblings-in-law.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Bonnie Annette Belcher.
JoJo will be remembered as a loving person. She cared deeply for her nieces and nephews, and always looked forward to any opportunity to spend time with them.
Friends and family are welcomed to the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 11a.m.-1p.m. where funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Pastor Bruce Rodgers will officiate.
The family will be hosting a luncheon after the services at The Vineyard Community Center on Catawba.
