Jared Benjamin Katz

Jared Benjamin Katz, 25, of Fremont, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2018 at his home. He was born in Fremont on November 21, 1992 to Tonia Lyn Bollenbacher and Daryl Christopher Katz. He graduated from Gibsonburg High School and Vanguard Vocational Centers Carpentry Program in 2011.

Jared worked at Wolfe Paper Company in Fremont. He enjoyed listening to and making music which included playing the guitar and being poetic thru the music he wrote. He was a talented singer who was just beginning to share his voice. He had a compassion for animals and dearly loved his cat, Tom. He also enjoyed hanging out with his friends and being there for others. Jared had a big heart which he opened freely.

Jared was loved very much and will be missed dearly by his parents, grandparents, sister, aunts and uncles, as well as a host of other family and friends.

A Celebration of Jared’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with Funeral Services beginning at 12:00 p.m. Rev. Dave Damschroder will officiate.
