Sarina Veronica Gonzalez

Sarina Veronica Gonzalez, 17, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 15, 2018. She was born on December 6, 2000 in Fremont to Martin Gonzalez and Sara (Garza) Winfree.

Sarina was a senior at Whitmer High School in Toledo. She was a former member of the Toledo Police Athletic League Boxing Program. Sarina was a motivated go-getter who had a love of shoes and listening to music.

Surviving is her mother Sara Winfree; grandparents, Nora Stratton, Martin Gonzalez & Rosalinda Jaramillo; siblings, Victoria, Gabriella & Nikolas Palomo. aunts and uncles, Amber, Charles Stratton and Jordan and Nathialian De La Garza, Joanna, Christina, Lupita, Melissa, Rosalinda, Jose Angel & Richard Gonzalez; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services where Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rev. Rob Morrison will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the care of the family.
